AI consulting, automation, and the website
We set up lead routing, clean up the CRM, and work on AI search. We connect that work to the CRM you already run. Websites and SEO sit under that. A contract seat inside a company is the GTM engineer, RevOps, or marketing ops role.
The work companies hire Dashworth for
The same jobs show up here as services. Strategy and training live under AI consulting. Routing and the CRM connection live under marketing automation. The repeated ops work, assistants, documents, and internal knowledge assistant live under AI automation. Content and social are the posting queue. AI search is AEO and GEO.
AI strategy and use-case selection
What this looks like. We look at two or three jobs, decide whether to buy a tool or build one, and pick up a pilot that stalled.
We did program design at Digitas and implementation work at DiaLogos.
Lead qualification, scoring, routing, and follow-up
What this looks like. A new inquiry gets scored, sent to the right person, and followed up without sitting in a shared inbox.
We did lead routing at LeanData and worked in Marketo.
Connecting AI to the CRM and the tools you already run
What this looks like. The assistant and the automations write into Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or whatever you already pay for.
We built Salesforce CRM for nonprofits at Exponent Partners, and we still do CRM setup.
Automating repetitive ops work
What this looks like. Reporting, data entry, and handoffs that your team does the same way every week.
That's the marketing ops and RevOps work we have done inside companies.
Customer-facing assistants
What this looks like. Something on the site that answers the questions you already answer, books a time, or takes an intake.
Pulling data out of documents
What this looks like. PDFs, invoices, and forms get read into fields a person can check, instead of retyped.
Marketing content and social posting
What this looks like. Drafts for the site, YouTube, or social, and a person approves them before anything goes out.
We have done direct marketing since 1993, and we run a social queue with an approval step.
Internal knowledge assistants
What this looks like. Your team asks a question and gets an answer from your own documents, not from the open internet.
AI search visibility
What this looks like. Pages written so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI can cite the business accurately. That is AEO and GEO, on top of ordinary SEO.
The scorecard shows the homepage lab scores we have actually measured.
Team training and a simple usage policy
What this looks like. The people who will use it get a walkthrough, and a short written rule for what is allowed to go out.

Questions
Which service should a business start with?
Start with AI consulting if you are still deciding where AI fits. If the repeated work is the problem, start with AI automation. If leads die before a person sees them, start with CRM. If you want to be quoted in answers, that is AEO and GEO. The website is AI-built websites and SEO. If you are unsure, call 650-393-3378.
What changes from a simple website to a SaaS product?
We still do the same jobs: pages that can rank, passages that can be quoted, and facts an answer engine can repeat. A simple site needs a short public set. A transaction site needs a URL for each public step, and we keep the confirmation page out of the index. A SaaS product splits the marketing host from the login. The columns on this page are that split.
Do you offer monthly management?
Yes. The Small Business Package is the published monthly offer: Starter $249, Core $549, Growth $899, plus setup. SMS is extra. Other sites are still scoped one by one.
Do you manage PPC?
We do not sell paid search as a retainer. One fitness build includes Google Ads tags because that project needed them. Buying media is a separate decision.
The work stays with Dashworth.
