AI consulting for small business in Northeast Florida

We help you figure out where AI fits, then we build it. That can be a short look at the work, a sprint on one use case, or a stretch of time inside the team as a GTM, RevOps, or marketing ops contractor.

The work companies hire Dashworth for

  1. AI strategy and use-case selection

What this looks like. We look at two or three jobs, decide whether to buy a tool or build one, and pick up a pilot that stalled.

We did program design at Digitas and implementation work at DiaLogos.

  2. Lead qualification, scoring, routing, and follow-up

What this looks like. A new inquiry gets scored, sent to the right person, and followed up without sitting in a shared inbox.

We did lead routing at LeanData and worked in Marketo.

  3. Connecting AI to the CRM and the tools you already run

What this looks like. The assistant and the automations write into Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or whatever you already pay for.

We built Salesforce CRM for nonprofits at Exponent Partners, and we still do CRM setup.

  4. Automating repetitive ops work

What this looks like. Reporting, data entry, and handoffs that your team does the same way every week.

That's the marketing ops and RevOps work we have done inside companies.

  5. Customer-facing assistants

What this looks like. Something on the site that answers the questions you already answer, books a time, or takes an intake.

  6. Pulling data out of documents

What this looks like. PDFs, invoices, and forms get read into fields a person can check, instead of retyped.

  7. Marketing content and social posting

What this looks like. Drafts for the site, YouTube, or social, and a person approves them before anything goes out.

We have done direct marketing since 1993, and we run a social queue with an approval step.

  8. Internal knowledge assistants

What this looks like. Your team asks a question and gets an answer from your own documents, not from the open internet.

  9. AI search visibility

What this looks like. Pages written so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI can cite the business accurately. That is AEO and GEO, on top of ordinary SEO.

The scorecard shows the homepage lab scores we have actually measured.

  10. Team training and a simple usage policy

What this looks like. The people who will use it get a walkthrough, and a short written rule for what is allowed to go out.

How an engagement usually goes

A short AI audit is a few conversations and a written note: the two or three places AI would help, what to leave alone, and whether to buy a tool or build one. It does not start the build.

A build sprint is one use case we already agreed on. We build it, you use it, and we see if it holds up.

A fractional role is when the company wants Dashworth on the team for a while. The posting usually says GTM engineer, AI GTM, RevOps, or marketing ops. We plan the go-to-market work and build the automation under it.

Where this comes from

Before Dashworth we worked at Digitas, DiaLogos, Marketo, LeanData, Fidelity, and IBM. We have been in marketing since 1993. The employers and accounts from those years are jobs David Ashworth held, not Dashworth clients.

The builds we can show are on the work page: CRM and lead-to-account matching at L2AMR, an internal prospecting desk, a social queue with an approval step, and the AI-built sites. We do not publish results we have not measured.

How the work proceeds

  1. 01

    Short AI audit

Talk with the people who do the work. Write down where AI would help, what to skip, and whether to buy or build.

  2. 02

    Build sprint

Pick one use case and build it. A person reviews what ships.

  3. 03

    Fractional seat

Stay on as a GTM, RevOps, or marketing ops contractor and keep building the automations.

Questions

What do you do as an AI consultant?

We help a business find the few places AI is worth the trouble, then we build those. Strategy, automation, the CRM connection, search visibility, and the website when you need one. We meet in Northeast Florida and in San Mateo.

How do you choose where AI fits?

We talk to the people who do the work and look for the two or three tasks that are repetitive, slow, or easy to get wrong. Then we decide buy or build. A stalled pilot is a fine place to start.

Do you train the team?

Yes, when the engagement includes it. We walk the people who will use it through the tool, and we write a short rule for what can go out.

What does a short AI audit include?

Conversations with the teams that share the process, and a note on where AI fits and what to leave alone. There is no rate card. Call 650-393-3378 or send the situation on the contact page. The audit does not start a build.

Can you show up in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers?

That is the AEO and GEO work: pages a model can quote, the same facts everywhere, and a file such as llms.txt. We do not guarantee a citation. The scorecard shows the lab scores we have measured.

The work stays with Dashworth.

Call or text 650-393-3378. We meet in Northeast Florida and San Mateo, and we take contract roles inside larger companies. No account managers, no handoffs.
