The brief
Investors looking at Northeast Florida short-term rentals and 1031 exchanges were getting a generic agent brochure instead of the math they were already asking for in email.
The site had to introduce Ashworth Group Realtors, cover residential and commercial interest, and still be understandable to a crawler.
What Dashworth did
The live site at cbvda.com is an investment-analysis build: short-term rental revenue and occupancy modeling, 1031-exchange and tax-savings calculators, property-value lookup, curated tours, commercial listings, and a buyer needs assessment.
The site is Vite and React with TypeScript, and Google Tag Manager is installed. The repository is private. The page title observed on the live site is “NE Florida STR & 1031 Investment Calculators | CBVDA.”
