A Permit Monitoring Desk for Internal Reports

The brief
Permit filings are repetitive and easy to double-count. An operator wanted a report on a schedule, in a file, with one row per permit number.
What Dashworth did
The desk is a Vite and React app. It uses Firecrawl to collect source pages, writes CSV and PDF reports, dedupes by permit number, and runs on a schedule. That is the whole public description.
There is no tutorial here for bypassing a site, and no sample of a real filing.
Deliverables
Stack. Vite · React · Firecrawl
The tool is internal. It has no public sitemap in this write-up. Its connection to marketing is the lead list a contractor or agent might work, which still belongs in a private system.

Questions
What platform is the permit desk built on?
Vite and React, with Firecrawl, scheduled collection, and CSV or PDF output. The URL is withheld.
How was the permit desk optimized for AI search?
It was not positioned as a public site. This anonymized page is the only public description, and it omits records on purpose.
