For agencies
Contract and white-label work for agencies
AI consulting firms send us the build when their team is full. We take CRM builds, GoHighLevel and HubSpot, n8n and Zapier, Twilio follow-up, Next.js sites, and local SEO and AEO.
What we take on
- A CRM build or cleanup in GoHighLevel or HubSpot, including the pipeline, the form, and the calendar.
- A connection through n8n or Zapier when the client’s other app has no native plug-in.
- Twilio follow-up: missed-call text and appointment reminders, with the texting cost passed through.
- A Next.js site your firm can hand to the client, with the URLs, schema, and llms.txt in place.
- Local SEO and AEO: city pages that say something true about the place, plus the Google listing.
How the handoff works
You keep the client relationship. We start with a short call and a written plan your team can react to. You get a working preview early. White-label work goes out under your name. Contract work goes out under Dashworth, and we say which one it is before we start.
If the client already runs Jobber, we connect it to GoHighLevel for the follow-up after a job. If they already run Housecall Pro or another job system, we connect that system instead of making them switch.
Questions
Can the work stay under our agency’s name?
Yes, when the engagement is white-label. Your client sees your brand. We do the build and the monthly work behind it. A contract seat is different: we show up as Dashworth, usually as GTM, RevOps, or marketing ops.
Which tools do you actually build in?
GoHighLevel and HubSpot for the CRM. n8n and Zapier when a tool has no direct connection. Twilio for follow-up texting. Next.js for the site. Local SEO and AEO on the pages and the Google listing.
How do we start?
Send the sitemap or the workflow you are stuck on. We reply with a written plan and a range. Book a consultation if you want a look before a build.
