The public page says it is checking Dashworth access. dashworth.com lists the project as private. We did not open a signed-in screen, and there is no hero image on the public dashworth.com homepage.

The brief
Realtors handling residential property management needed the compliance steps in one place, from intake through move-out, instead of a folder of checklists.
What Dashworth did
rentalguru.app answers as a Next.js app. The title is “Rental Guru | Property Management Compliance Wizard.” The description says it is step-by-step Florida residential property management compliance for realtors: checklists, materials, and progress tracking from intake through move-out.
This is the ops job: the same compliance pass, run the same way each time. The page we fetched did not get past “Checking Dashworth access,” so we do not describe a signed-in screen. We did not find a public GitHub repository.
