Paid ads, if you want them

Google Ads management is $499 to set up and $599 a month. It is not included in Starter, Core, or Growth. You pay the ad spend to Google on your own account. We do not mark up that spend.

We built a lead-generation site with service-area pages, a quote path, and schema for a home-services business, including FAQ markup, plus an llms.txt file. The sitemap lists 194 URLs.

On the November 1, 2026 scorecard the homepage scored 95 overall, with SEO at 100 and AEO/GEO at 97.

What's included?

Starter is a 5-page site, a Google Business Profile, top directories, schema, a form, and a quarterly scorecard, at $495 to set up and $199 a month. Core adds service-area pages, Google posts, review requests, and a simple CRM, at $995 and $399 a month. Growth adds more pages, a follow-up sequence, and missed-call text-back, at $1,495 and $749 a month. Text-back is $79 a month on Starter and Core.

Who pays the Google Ads spend?

You do. Google Ads management is $499 to set up and $599 a month, and that fee is only for the management. You pay the ad spend to Google on an account in your name. We do not mark up the spend. Local Services Ads are separate. Ask on the consultation.

What is the contract?

Six-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' written notice. You own the domain, the Google Business Profile, and the content from the day we start.

How long does a build take?

Starter is the shorter build. Core and Growth take longer because there are more pages. We give you a date after the tier is picked. We do not promise a same-week launch.
